Individual Therapy

The essence of talk therapy is the uniquely supportive alliance with a therapist, as it externalizes and promotes the inner work of the client. Talk to one of our therapists one-on-one about your life and how you can improve it together. Therapy does many different things for people. Some therapy helps you challenge and update your beliefs and thoughts. Some therapy helps you improve your relationships with drugs and addictive behaviors.

Or understand where your relationship problems stem from, or untangle mixed feelings and motivations. And for others, therapy is simply a way to truly meet themselves at the deepest level and better connect with the human experience. Our therapists cover a wide variety of issues and draw from several powerful approaches. Talk to us to see which type of therapy would mean the most to you.

Sessions are held at our Flatiron office at 1133 Broadway, virtually, and sometimes outside when the weather is nice. Sessions typically last for 50 minutes, so we ask that you arrive on time.
